GeoTrek produces off-grid camper vans in Boulder, Colorado, across four models spanning 144-inch and 170-inch Mercedes-Benz Sprinter wheelbase options. Each build uses bamboo cabinetry, Baltic birch, matte anti-fingerprint laminate, and GeoTherm Ceramic Insulation for four-season performance.
Power comes from EcoFlow Powerkit systems ranging from 5kWh to 10kWh, paired with roof-mounted solar and Espar diesel heating. Vans are sold factory-direct, with pre-built inventory available for delivery in roughly three to six weeks.
GeoTrek offers four distinct 2026 models, each built on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter platform and available in two trim levels: Ascent and Summit. - Flatiron (144-inch): A north-south bed layout focused on efficient everyday living, starting at $117,500
- Convoy (144-inch): An east-west bed with a split galley that opens up the front of the van for social travel, starting at $119,500
- Teton (170-inch): A king bed on the longer 170-inch chassis for more room and storage, starting at $142,500
- Verus (170-inch, Class B+): An expanded Class B+ platform built for extended off-grid travel, starting at $197,975
The Summit trim on each model adds 10kWh of power via the EcoFlow Powerkit, a Velit 2000R AC unit, hot water, an outdoor shower, and BFGoodrich KO3 off-road tires. ### What Goes Into Every Build
GeoTrek uses bamboo ceilings and cabinetry, eggshell laminate walls, and GeoTherm Ceramic Insulation throughout for four-season comfort. Electrical systems are built around EcoFlow Powerkit hardware with 400 watts of roof solar, DC-DC alternator charging, and a 30-amp exterior charging port.
Water systems include a 24-gallon fresh water tank, a 12-volt pump, and braided nylon plumbing. Every van also includes dual MaxxAir fans, an Espar diesel heater, and a Dometic NRX 115 fridge/freezer. ### Direct Sales and Ownership
GeoTrek sells exclusively factory-direct from their Boulder, CO facility, meaning no dealership markups. Pre-built inventory is available with estimated delivery in three to six weeks, and financing options are offered.
